Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests

• Handle pro shop operations including sales, inventory, and point-of-sale transactions

• Manage tee times, golf cart assignments, and course flow

• Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally and independently

• Monitor course activity and respond appropriately to on-course issues

• Maintain pro shop appearance and merchandise displays

• Work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Handle challenging situations with composure and maturity

Essential Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf

• Previous retail or customer service experience

• Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Mature demeanor and professional judgment (even if younger in age)

• Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations

Schedule Requirements

• Flexible availability including weekends

• Comfortable with a variable schedule (1–4 days per week)

• Willing to adjust schedule based on club needs

• Seeking long-term commitment (minimum 2+ years preferred)
