Pro Shop Assistant Job Posting
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests

Handle pro shop operations including sales, inventory, and point-of-sale transactions

Manage tee times, golf cart assignments, and course flow

Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally and independently

Monitor course activity and respond appropriately to on-course issues

Maintain pro shop appearance and merchandise displays

Work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Handle challenging situations with composure and maturity
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications

Knowledge of golf

Previous retail or customer service experience

Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Mature demeanor and professional judgment (even if younger in age)

Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations
Schedule Requirements

Flexible availability including weekends

Comfortable with a variable schedule (1–4 days per week)

Willing to adjust schedule based on club needs

Seeking long-term commitment (minimum 2+ years preferred)
